FREE UK Shipping over £45, Affordable International Shipping calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery times for ready-to-order Poems & Books are typically 1-3 working days for UK orders.

Personalised and Bespoke Poems are made to order, and so processing and delivery time is between 3-7 working days for the UK. This can be slightly longer for international deliveries, please check shipping policies.

T: For approving your BESPOKE poems, Please keep an eye on your emails to ensure no delays in Bespoke Poems processing times. Taking a long time to approve poems will increase the processing time.

We do our best to ensure you receive your order in time. On rare occasions, the processing and delivery time may be increased during busy periods but this will be communicated to you if this is the case. 

Likewise, any postal delays are outside of our control but if your package has been despatched, rest assured that it will be with you soon.

 

International delivery

We ship worldwide! International delivery starts at £15 for prints and books.

This can be cheaper for Europe due to the closer distance to the UK. 

This increases starting from £30 for framed items due to the weight of the item according to delivery couriers. 

International shipping is usually from 3-11 days but this can vary depending on your location and so could take longer. 

DPD is typically used for international orders and you will be updated on the progress of your order.
