Return your product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of Item being despatched if you are not content with your order for a redund. Please note that it is upto the customer to pay for postage. Please CONTACT US before attempting to return an item to ensure applicable and that you have the correct address.

Please Note: NO refunds on Bespoke or personalised Poem orders due to such products being made to order for the individual, hence, making them completley one of a kind and unique in nature.
